Patrick Martin, Founder
Patrick co-founded now2k Inc, the parent company of Hollywood Design, with Thom Slaughter in the UK in 1998. Patrick has worked in Google App development since 2007. With Intel Corporation as a sponsor, now2k survived the dot-com crash and went on to build and manage lucrative websites and social media for clients in the USA. During the Olympic Games in Atlanta in 1996, Patrick secured screens on site at Centennial Park and produced a fast-paced multimedia show that was presented at the Games and viewed by millions. Through publishing consultant Harrington Kilbride PLC London, Patrick created "The Off Shore Review," a publication specializing in off-shore business. He recruited an Advisory Board for "The Off Shore Review," including James Smith, Governor of the Central Bank of the Bahamas, and Mansfield Brock, Chairman of the Bermuda Monetary Authority. 


Patrick has secured sponsorship and led development teams on several successful projects, including: prototype DVD technology with Sony Corp, which was showcased at V&A in London in 1993;  the Psycho-Mobile concept with  Granada PLC, launching Covent Garden London media coverage by ITV BBC; and a successful prototype of a peripheral vision system with $12.5 million in research and development financing (the system was featured in several articles in publications like "New Scientist" and "The Observer," among others (see press here); and a video cassette magazine project with $190,000 in productions financing, which produced the first "Videocassette" magazine. Patrick also participated
 in an event commemorating the birth of Leonardo da Vinci in Milan, 
and directed and produced the TV programme "Fetish" on BBC2
 in 1983.

Mark Apsey

Mark Apsey has more than ten years' experience managing digital market campaigns and projects that include search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), pay per click (PPC), online lead generation, marketing channel management, competitive analysis and social media. He has worked for more than 15 years with sales, marketing, advertising, and executive teams to develop, launch, and analyze the success of digital marketing and social media, and he has deep experience in organic and paid search analytical platforms and tools that include Omniture, Google Analytics, and Marin Software. 

Mark is the Director of Search Marketing and Search Executive for CNPAKAMA, a Venture Capital Group in the Northeast, focused on investments and acquisitions in the IT, Advertising, and Digital Marketing sectors. He has also worked with Federated Group (NIAC) in New York as Director of Online Marketing, where he achieved over a period of 3 years, a 54% growth in PPC lead generation across all clients, which contributed to an overall company growth of over 40%. Mark was also National Marketing and Business Development Manager for Satyam Computer Service Limited.

Bhanu Singh (CJ) head of HD engineering services
CJ heads up a team of  3 programmers that  implement all of hollywood Design websites  CJ  has a MSc. I.T  and more than 5 years experience in Website  Development  with 3 years in WordPress Customization,  2 years Google App development  as well as Jquery, CSS, HTML5, IDX,  CJ  is heavily involved  in  real estate R & D   as well as engineering using  Carlos's  user interface designs under Mark Apsy.  guidance. in the real estate  business CJ is a master Shopping cart  builder on Miva Merchant  and other platforms and has created specialist modules for Using Google docs with PCI secure shopping cart systems . This technology has been successfully deployed for several years

Carlos Magno Rodrigues
Carlos Magno has worked for more than 3 years developing a range of different jobs, from market research to project management. He has managed a Pay Per Click (PPC) campaign focused on the Brazilian market for a United States retailer achieving growth of more than 200% for the demographics in less than 3 months. Dealing with a wide variety of website development and launches, Carlos has also designed numerous user interfaces and dealt with different types of analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Google Webmaster Tools. To help with the content creation process, Carlos performs keyword research on Google Adwords and gives guidance to the writers he works with through platforms like Odesk and OutsourceFactor. From the SEO standpoint, since 2010 Rodrigues has studied and implemented on-page and off-page techniques to achieve the best positions for our clients in the Search Engine Results Pages (SERPs). Rodrigues has also worked with the Social Sciences Methodology Lab at the Federal University of Juiz de Fora, teaching courses about academic research in the Internet environment. Working as a volunteer, Carlos Magno has taught underprivileged children  computer courses for a charity association in Barbacena, Minas Gerais, Brazil.  Rodrigues also performed in an award-winning short film produced in Brazil called “Sobre Cinema e Diálogos” (About Cinema and Dialogues), winning 2 Best Film and 2 popular jury awards, as well as the Best Actor award in the Festival Primeiro Plano, which took place in Juiz de Fora, Minas Gerais, Brazil in 2011.

Parvene Michaels:Events
Parvene Michaels is a veteran television marketing and events producer with more than 20 years' experience in the entertainment industry. She founded Innovative Media Productions and is creator and executive producer of the critically acclaimed MTV/Showtime series "Music in High Places," which was sponsored by MasterCard, MSN, RCA, and RadioShack. The series, which benefited the Grammy Foundation and is now currently available on DVD, takes recording artists to the most ancient sites on Earth for music performances and adventures. Parvene is currently executive producer of National Geographic's new "Music Planet" international television specials which will begin filming in 2008. She also has extensive experience in developing, producing,a nd handling publicity for some of Hollywood's top cause-related projects, including producing such high-profile events as the Earth Day Awards at the United Nations. Parvene has also handled publicity for a vast array of high-profile recording artists, including Boby Dylan, Tom Petty, James Brown, and Michael Jackson during "Thriller." She is a business development consultant to many top entertainment companies in the area of branded entertainment, developing strategic alliances between top U.S. advertisers and film, TV, and live events.

Alan Oken
Alan Oken, Executive Vice-President and Co-Founder of Innovative Media Productions, is also Head of Business Affairs for The Music Planet Company and has been an entertainment attorney for many years. His extensive tour experience led him to a position at A&M Records in 1979, where he served as head of Artist Development until 1988.  His responsibilities at A&M included all tour preparation, budgeting and execution, and the development of the live performance profile for all A&M artists in conjunction with the artist, artist management and all major booking agencies. These artists included the Police, Split Enz, Supertramp, Styx, Janet Jackson, Bryan Adams, the Go-Go's, Simple Minds, 38 Special, Carpenters and Amy Grant. He also had overall responsibility for A&M's Artist Relations, Special Projects and College Radio and Retail areas. In addition, Oken was a participant in the development and structuring of marketing plans for all projects during his decade at the label. He was responsible for video promotion, including MTV, BET and VH-1 and participated in image development for the artist roster.  After co-founding and operating indie label Available Entertainment (Navarre), he became Director of Franchise Development for "Music in High Places (MTV, Showtime)."
